Express parcel shipping with UPS, DHL, TNT must be arranged with us in advance by telephone, but these are rarely possible on the same day.

Shipping costs and shipping zones

  • You're always welcome, whether you're ordering one item or several. We offer discounts for bulk buyers and retailers.
  • Customer service is our top priority. We always strive to support our customers as best as possible and find the best possible solution when problems arise.

Standard shipping:

  • For delivery within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €7.90 per order (for shipping and packaging costs).
  • Cash on delivery: Cash on delivery incurs an additional charge of €4.50. Plus a €2.00 delivery fee (charged by DHL upon delivery). Packaging costs are included in the shipping costs.

If your ordered hat is in stock, it can be delivered in about 2-3 working days.

We always try to deliver quickly and reliably, but unfortunately we cannot directly influence the exact day and time of delivery.

We deliver our packages predominantly with DHL.

This allows you to take advantage of all the familiar benefits, such as picking up your shipment from the Packstation.

Further advantages: parcel notification, delivery time windows, direct delivery of parcels to a branch.

All other countries are in Zone 3 and pay €36 for shipping and handling.

For customers in Germany  The prices including the respective VAT are displayed during the ordering process or after creating a customer account. There are no additional fees or taxes upon receipt of the goods.

 

Buyers from all other countries generally pay the applicable VAT directly to the UPS or DHL courier upon receipt of the goods. Furthermore, handling fees may be charged by UPS or DHL (capital provision fee) or the respective customs authority.
 
These vary from country to country. Please check with the respective customs authorities or UPS or DHL for the amount of duties to expect.
 
Because we strive to deliver your hat as quickly as possible, we will decide on a case-by-case basis which courier to use: UPS or DHL. We will always inform you in advance via email.
 
 
With shipment tracking you can keep an eye on your packages.  
 
Although we primarily work with DHL and UPS, it may happen that we ship our packages with other carriers as well. You will always receive a tracking number for your parcel or express shipment from us. Our shipping service providers, such as DHL, Hermes, DPD, GLS, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or USPS, provide a corresponding online tool on their websites for tracking packages and requesting additional information about the shipping status.
