To make processing the payment as easy as possible, we offer a wide variety of secure payment methods.

Advance payment (bank transfer)

After completing an order, you will automatically receive an email with all the necessary information for your transfer. Once we have recorded your payment receipt in our account, your goods will be shipped.

A transfer takes about 1-2 working days within Germany, and about 3-4 working days for international transfers.

Payment by PayPal / PayPal PLUS

PayPal PLUS combines four payment methods in one payment solution:

  • PayPal
  • Direct debit
  • Credit card
  • Purchase on invoice

With PayPal PLUS, our customers can buy even if they do not have a PayPal account.

PayPal Buyer protection: When paying with PayPal, you are protected by the buyer protection of PayPal.

Credit card / Direct debit / Klarna / Wallet (Stripe)

We use Stripe as a payment processor for credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA direct debit, Klarna (invoice/invoice purchase), Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Sure: Your credit card details will be transmitted directly to Stripe; we do not store card details on our server.

Klarna Options:

  • Immediate transfer
  • Invoice (payment in 14-30 days)
  • Installment purchase (in 3, 6, 12 installments — depending on credit check by Klarna)

Cash on delivery (domestic only)

If cash on delivery, you pay the purchase price directly to the delivery person (DHL).

Additional costs: An additional cash on delivery fee of 7.90 € (DHL-transfer fee) will be charged.

Available only for deliveries within Germany.

Purchase on invoice

Available via PayPal PLUS. Credit check by PayPal. Payment within 30 days of shipment.
